The Four Metric Cards

Bookings

Shows the total number of bookings made in the last 30 days.

  • Includes bookings from AI calls and web booking page
  • Shows growth percentage compared to previous period
  • Up/down arrow indicates trend direction

Customers

Displays your total customer count across all locations.

  • Tracks unique customers
  • Shows growth trend
  • Helps measure business growth

Calls

Shows total AI calls handled in the last 30 days.

  • Counts all conversations with your AI agent
  • Displays growth percentage
  • Monitors AI agent activity

Duration

Displays the average call duration.

  • Formatted as minutes:seconds
  • Shows how long typical conversations last
  • Trend indicator for changes

Understanding Growth Indicators

Each card shows a percentage change:

  • Green with up arrow: Increase from previous period
  • Red with down arrow: Decrease from previous period
  • "No change this period": Stable metrics

Where the Data Comes From

Metrics are calculated from:

  • The last 30 days of activity
  • All locations combined (if you have multiple)
  • Real-time data updates
