Review any AI phone conversation in detail to understand what happened during the call.

Opening a Conversation

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard
  2. Find the conversation in the table
  3. Click the View button A detailed panel opens with three tabs:

Overview Tab

Provides a quick summary of the conversation:

  • Summary: AI-generated description of what happened
  • Call Status: Success or failure indicator
  • User ID: Customer identifier if available The summary is automatically generated to help you quickly understand the call without reading the full transcript.

Transcription Tab

Shows the complete conversation:

  • Every message exchanged
  • Who said what (Agent vs Customer)
  • Timestamps for each message See Call Transcriptions for more details.

Client Data Tab

Technical details about the call:

  • Location: Which location handled the call
  • Start Time: When the call began
  • Accepted Time: When customer connected
  • Duration: Total call length
  • Status: Call status
  • Language: Detected language

Audio Player

Listen to the actual call recording:

  • Play/pause controls
  • Visual waveform
  • Skip forward/backward (10 seconds)
  • Playback speed options (1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 2x)
  • Click anywhere on waveform to jump to that point
