Where to Find It
The recent conversations table appears on your main dashboard, showing the last 60 days of AI calls.
Table Columns
Filtering Conversations
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Date & Time | When the call started |
| Location | Which location received the call |
| Duration | Length of the call (e.g., "2m 45s") |
| Messages | Number of exchanges in the conversation |
| Status | Success or Failed badge |
| Actions | View button to see details |
Use the tabs to filter by status:
- All Calls: Complete conversation history
- Successful: Only completed calls
- Failed: Calls that didn't complete successfully
Searching
Use the search box to find specific conversations:
- Search by location name
- Search by date
Sorting
Click any column header to sort:
- Click once for ascending order
- Click again for descending order
- Arrow icon indicates sort direction
Pagination
Navigate through your conversation history:
- Choose rows per page (10, 20, 30, 40, 50)
- Use Previous/Next buttons
- See current page position
Viewing a Conversation
Click View on any row to open the full conversation details with:
- Complete transcript
- Audio playback
- Call summary
