Where to Find It

The recent conversations table appears on your main dashboard, showing the last 60 days of AI calls.

Table Columns

Filtering Conversations

Column Description
Date & Time When the call started
Location Which location received the call
Duration Length of the call (e.g., "2m 45s")
Messages Number of exchanges in the conversation
Status Success or Failed badge
Actions View button to see details

Use the tabs to filter by status:

  • All Calls: Complete conversation history
  • Successful: Only completed calls
  • Failed: Calls that didn't complete successfully

Searching

Use the search box to find specific conversations:

  • Search by location name
  • Search by date

Sorting

Click any column header to sort:

  • Click once for ascending order
  • Click again for descending order
  • Arrow icon indicates sort direction

Pagination

Navigate through your conversation history:

  • Choose rows per page (10, 20, 30, 40, 50)
  • Use Previous/Next buttons
  • See current page position

Viewing a Conversation

Click View on any row to open the full conversation details with:

  • Complete transcript
  • Audio playback
  • Call summary
