Organize and find your background tasks with sorting, searching, and filtering.
Searching Tasks
Find specific tasks using the search box:
- Enter your search term
- Results filter in real-time
- Matches against filename, URL, status, or type If no matches are found, a "No tasks matching X" message appears.
Sorting Tasks
Click column headers to sort:
- Click once for ascending order
- Click again for descending order
- Arrow icon shows current sort direction
Pagination

Navigate through many tasks:
- 20 tasks shown per page by default
- Previous/Next buttons for navigation
- Current page indicator
- Jump to specific pages
Task File Icons
Different file types show appropriate icons:
- 📄 PDF documents
- 📊 Excel/CSV spreadsheets
- 📝 Word/text documents
- 🔗 URLs
- 📁 Generic files
Refreshing the List
Click the refresh button to:
- Fetch latest task updates
- See newly created tasks
- Update running task progress The button shows a spinner while refreshing.
Error Handling
If task loading fails:
- Error message is displayed
- Retry button appears
- Click retry to attempt reload
