Accessing Transcriptions

  1. Open a conversation from the dashboard
  2. Click the Transcription tab
  3. View the full message-by-message breakdown

Transcript Format

Each message in the transcript shows:

Role Indicator

  • Agent (Robot icon): Your AI assistant speaking
  • User (Person icon): The customer speaking

Timestamp

  • Shows when in the call the message occurred
  • Formatted as minutes:seconds (e.g., "1:23")

Message Content

  • The actual words spoken
  • Preserves line breaks and formatting

Visual Design

Messages are color-coded for easy reading:

  • Agent messages have a primary color background
  • User messages have a neutral background
  • Each message is in a distinct bubble

What's Included

The transcript shows:

  • All spoken dialogue

  • Natural conversation flow

  • Both sides of the conversation The transcript excludes:

  • Internal AI processing

  • System messages

  • Technical function calls
