Accessing Transcriptions
- Open a conversation from the dashboard
- Click the Transcription tab
- View the full message-by-message breakdown
Transcript Format
Each message in the transcript shows:
Role Indicator
- Agent (Robot icon): Your AI assistant speaking
- User (Person icon): The customer speaking
Timestamp
- Shows when in the call the message occurred
- Formatted as minutes:seconds (e.g., "1:23")
Message Content
- The actual words spoken
- Preserves line breaks and formatting
Visual Design
Messages are color-coded for easy reading:
- Agent messages have a primary color background
- User messages have a neutral background
- Each message is in a distinct bubble
