Accessing Conversation Details
- Find a conversation in the dashboard table
- Click View to open the details panel
- Navigate between tabs to see different information
Call Information
Basic Details
- Location: Which of your locations handled the call
- Start Time: Exact timestamp when call began
- Duration: Total length of the conversation
Timing Details
- Call Accepted Time: When the customer connected
- Language: Primary language detected during the call
Status
- Successful: Call completed as expected
- Failed: Call ended prematurely or had issues
Conversation Summary
An AI-generated summary appears on the Overview tab:
- Automatically created after the call
- Describes key points of the conversation
- Helps you quickly understand what happened
- Maximum 100 words for quick reading
