Accessing Conversation Details

  1. Find a conversation in the dashboard table
  2. Click View to open the details panel
  3. Navigate between tabs to see different information

Call Information

Basic Details

  • Location: Which of your locations handled the call
  • Start Time: Exact timestamp when call began
  • Duration: Total length of the conversation

Timing Details

  • Call Accepted Time: When the customer connected
  • Language: Primary language detected during the call

Status

  • Successful: Call completed as expected
  • Failed: Call ended prematurely or had issues

Conversation Summary

An AI-generated summary appears on the Overview tab:

  • Automatically created after the call
  • Describes key points of the conversation
  • Helps you quickly understand what happened
  • Maximum 100 words for quick reading
