Address and Contact Per Location

Each location in Speako has its own set of contact details — including address, email, phone, and website. These are independent of your business-level contact information, allowing you to show location-specific details on the booking page and in customer communications.

Where to find it

  1. Go to AI Receptionists in the dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click on the AI receptionist (location) you want to update.
  3. Look for the Contact & Address section on the detail page.

Address

The address field uses an autocomplete search. As you type, address suggestions appear from a live lookup. Select the correct address from the list rather than typing it in full manually — this ensures the address is in a valid, parseable format.

The address you enter here is the physical street address for this location. It appears on your public booking page so customers know where to go.

Email

The contact email for this location. This can be different from your business-level contact email (set in Business Information) if, for example, each branch has its own inbox.

Phone Number

The contact phone number for this location — the human number customers can call to speak with a person. This is separate from the AI Agent Phone (the number the AI receptionist answers), which is shown in the AI Configuration section and is read-only.

Website URL

A website link specific to this location. Useful if you have a location-specific landing page, menu URL, or branch page on your website.

Saving changes

After updating any field in the Contact & Address section:

  1. A Save Changes banner appears at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Click Save Changes to commit.
  3. Click Discard if you want to revert all unsaved changes.

What's the difference between Business Information and Location details?

Setting location Used for
Business Information page Business-wide details shown at the brand level
Location detail page Location-specific details shown on that location's booking page and in its customer communications

💡 Tip: For single-location businesses, keeping both sets of contact details consistent avoids confusion. For multi-location businesses, filling in accurate location-specific details means customers always get the right address and phone number for the branch they're booking with.

⚠️ Important: The AI receptionist's inbound phone number is shown in the AI Configuration section of the location detail page, not in Contact & Address. That number is read-only — it's assigned when the location is created and cannot be changed from the dashboard.
