Contact Email and Phone
Your business contact email and phone number are stored in the Contact Information card on the Business Information page. These details can appear on your public booking page and help customers reach you directly.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard โ Business Information. Scroll down to the Contact Information card. You'll see fields for Website URL, Privacy Policy URL, Contact Email, Contact Phone, Instagram, and Facebook.
Contact Email
The Contact Email is the address customers can use to reach your business. This is separate from your personal account email or the email addresses you use to receive booking notifications.
Validation: The field requires a valid email address format (e.g. [email protected]). An error will show if the format is invalid.
How to set or update it:
- In the Contact Information card, locate Contact Email.
- Type or paste your business email address.
- The floating Save Changes bar will appear at the bottom of the page once you make any edit.
- Click Save Changes to commit. Click Discard to undo all unsaved changes in this card.
Contact Phone
The Contact Phone is the human-readable business phone number shown to customers โ for example, on your booking page or in confirmation messages. This is distinct from your AI receptionist's phone number, which handles inbound calls.
Validation: The field uses an international phone input. Enter a valid phone number in your country's format. The field will flag an invalid number before saving.
How to set or update it:
- Locate Contact Phone in the Contact Information card.
- Select your country code from the dropdown and enter the number.
- Click Save Changes in the floating bar at the bottom.
Tips
๐ก Tip: Use a phone number that a real person monitors. The contact phone is what customers call if they can't or don't want to speak to the AI. If your AI receptionist number and your human contact number are different, making both available reduces missed connections.
โ ๏ธ Important: The Contact Phone on the Business Information page is your published contact number for general enquiries. It is not the same as the AI Agent Phone shown on an individual AI receptionist's profile, which is the number customers dial to reach the AI.
Saving changes
The Contact Information card uses a single Save Changes bar shared with all fields on the Business Information page. All unsaved changes across the page save together when you click it. If you want to undo only the contact details you've just edited, use Discard โ but note this will also discard any other unsaved edits made elsewhere on the same page.
