Website URL
Adding your website URL to your Speako business profile makes it easy for customers to find you online from your booking page and other customer-facing surfaces.
Where to find it
Go to Dashboard → Business Information. In the Contact Information card, you'll find a Website URL field.
Accepted formats
The website URL must begin with either http:// or https://. If you type a URL without the protocol prefix (for example, just yourbusiness.com), the field will show a validation error and the change will not save.
Valid examples:

How to add or update your website URL
- Go to Business Information from the dashboard.
- In the Contact Information card, click on the Website URL field.
- Enter the full URL including
https://. - The floating Save Changes bar will appear at the bottom of the page.
- Click Save Changes to apply. Use Discard to cancel unsaved changes.
Privacy Policy URL
The Contact Information card also includes a separate Privacy Policy URL field. This is the link to the privacy policy page on your website, which may be displayed on your booking page to reassure customers about how their data is handled.
The same format rules apply: the URL must start with http:// or https://.
💡 Tip: If your business operates under a parent brand's website, use the specific location or booking page URL rather than a general homepage — this helps customers find the most relevant information quickly.
⚠️ Important: Both the Website URL and Privacy Policy URL are optional fields. You can save the Business Information page without them. However, if you do enter a value, it must be a valid URL or the save will be blocked until you correct it.
Saving changes
All changes on the Business Information page — including the website URL — save together when you click Save Changes in the floating bar. If you navigate away before saving, your edits will be lost.
