Speako provides your business with a dedicated phone number. When customers call this number, your AI agent answers and handles the conversation.

How It Works

Your AI Phone Number

When you create a location in Speako, you're automatically assigned a phone number. This becomes your AI agent's phone number.

Call Flow

  1. Customer calls your AI phone number
  2. Speako's phone system receives the call
  3. Your AI agent answers and begins the conversation
  4. The agent handles the call (bookings, questions, etc.)
  5. Call ends and is logged in your dashboard

Your Business Phone Number

You can also provide your existing business phone number. This serves as:

  • A fallback for call transfers
  • Reference for customers
  • Part of your business profile

Phone Number Assignment

Automatic Assignment

When you create a location:

  • Speako assigns an available phone number
  • The number matches your region when possible
  • If regional numbers aren't available, you get a number from the same country

We try to give you a phone number with a local area code:

  • Customers see a familiar local number
  • Builds trust with local callers
  • Matches your business location
