When you're invited to join a Speako business as a team member, here's how to accept the invitation.

Receiving the Invitation

When someone invites you to their Speako account:

  1. You'll receive an email with an invitation link
  2. The email shows the business name you're being invited to
  3. Click the link to start the acceptance process

Accepting the Invitation

When you click the invitation link, you'll see the acceptance page showing:

  • The business name you're joining
  • The email address the invitation was sent to You have two options:

Option 1: Create a New Account

If you don't have a Speako account:

  1. Click Create Account
  2. Your email is pre-filled (locked to the invitation email)
  3. Complete the sign-up form
  4. You'll automatically join the team

Option 2: Sign In

If you already have a Speako account:

  1. Click Sign In
  2. Log in with your existing credentials
  3. You'll automatically join the team

After Accepting

Once you accept the invitation:

  1. You're added to the team as a Member by default
  2. You have access to the business dashboard
  3. The owner can change your role if needed

    💡 Note: You can only be a member of one Speako organization at a time.
