Team members can receive email notifications when customers make bookings through any of Speako's booking channels.

What Triggers Notifications

Team members receive booking confirmation emails when customers book through:

  • AI Phone Agent - Voice bookings made during phone calls
  • Online Booking Page - Website bookings made by customers
  • Dashboard - Bookings created manually by team members

Who Receives Notifications

By default:

  • Owner: Enabled (receives all booking notifications)
  • Other team members: Disabled by default Each team member can have their notification preference enabled or disabled individually.

Notification Content

Booking notification emails include:

  • Customer name and contact information
  • Service booked
  • Date and time of appointment
  • Staff member assigned
  • Any customer notes

Managing Team Notifications

The Owner can see and manage all team members' notification settings in the Team Members card. Each member has a toggle switch showing their notification status.
