Team members can receive email notifications when customers make bookings through any of Speako's booking channels.
What Triggers Notifications
Team members receive booking confirmation emails when customers book through:
- AI Phone Agent - Voice bookings made during phone calls
- Online Booking Page - Website bookings made by customers
- Dashboard - Bookings created manually by team members
Who Receives Notifications
By default:
- Owner: Enabled (receives all booking notifications)
- Other team members: Disabled by default Each team member can have their notification preference enabled or disabled individually.
Notification Content
Booking notification emails include:
- Customer name and contact information
- Service booked
- Date and time of appointment
- Staff member assigned
- Any customer notes
Managing Team Notifications
The Owner can see and manage all team members' notification settings in the Team Members card. Each member has a toggle switch showing their notification status.
