Each team member can have their booking email notifications enabled or disabled individually.

Who Can Change Notification Settings

  • Owner: Can change notification settings for any team member
  • Other members: Can only change their own notification settings

How to Configure Notifications

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
  2. Find the Team Members card
  3. Locate the Receive Notifications column
  4. Toggle the switch for the team member

Toggle States

  • On (blue): Team member receives booking emails
  • Off (gray): Team member doesn't receive booking emails

Default Settings

When a new team member joins:

  • Owner: Notifications are enabled by default
  • New members: Notifications are disabled by default The owner can enable notifications for new members after they join.

Changing Your Own Settings

If you're not the owner, you can still change your own notification preference:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings
  2. Find your name in the Team Members card
  3. Toggle your notification switch

Use Cases

Enable notifications for:

  • Primary booking coordinators

  • Managers who oversee scheduling

  • Staff members who need appointment alerts Disable notifications for:

  • Team members who only configure settings

  • Staff who don't handle bookings directly
