The team member count includes:
The account owner (counts as 1)
All active team members
Pending invitations also count toward your limit Example: On the Pro plan with 5 seats:
1 owner + 4 additional team members = 5 total
What Happens at the Limit
When you've reached your plan's team member limit:
- The Invite button becomes disabled
- A Limit reached badge appears
- You cannot send new invitations
How to Add More Team Members
If you need more team members than your current plan allows:
- Upgrade to a higher plan with more seats
- Or remove existing team members to free up seats
