As the account owner, you can invite team members to help manage your Speako business.

Who Can Invite Team Members

Only the Owner can invite new team members. Admins and Members cannot send invitations.

How to Invite a Team Member

  1. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
  2. Find the Team Members card
  3. Click the Invite button
  4. Enter the person's email address
  5. Click Send Invitation

What Happens Next

After sending the invitation:

  1. The invitee receives an email with a link to join
  2. The invitation appears in your Pending Invitations section
  3. Once they accept, they appear in your active team members list

Invitation Rules

  • Each email can only be invited once
  • You cannot invite someone already in another organization
  • Invitations count toward your plan's team member limit
  • Pending invitations can be revoked before acceptance

Checking Pending Invitations

Pending invitations appear below your active team members:

  • Shows the email address
  • Displays a "Pending" badge
  • Can be revoked if needed
