As the account owner, you can remove team members who no longer need access to your Speako dashboard.
Who Can Remove Team Members
Only the Owner can remove team members. Admins and Members cannot remove anyone.
Restrictions:
- You cannot remove yourself (the owner)
- The owner cannot be removed by anyone
How to Remove a Team Member
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
- Find the Team Members card
- Click the delete icon (trash) next to the member's name
- Confirm the removal in the dialog
What Happens After Removal
When you remove a team member:
- They immediately lose access to the dashboard
- They're removed from your organization
- Their seat becomes available for a new invitation
- Any bookings they created remain in the system
Freeing Up Seats
Removing team members frees up seats on your plan. If you've reached your team member limit, removing someone allows you to invite a replacement.
