If you've sent an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet, you can revoke it as the account owner.
Where to Find Pending Invitations
Pending invitations appear in the Team Members card below your active team members:
- Shows the invited email address
- Displays a "Pending" badge
- Includes a delete button to revoke
Who Can Revoke Invitations
Only the Owner can revoke pending invitations.
How to Revoke an Invitation
- Navigate to Dashboard > Settings
- Find the Team Members card
- Scroll to the Pending Invitations section
- Click the delete icon next to the pending invitation
- Confirm the revocation
What Happens After Revocation
When you revoke an invitation:
- The invitation link becomes invalid
- The person can no longer use it to join
- The seat becomes available again
- You can send a new invitation to the same email
Why Revoke an Invitation
Common reasons to revoke:
- Sent to the wrong email address
- The person is no longer joining
- You need to free up a seat for someone else
- Plans changed since sending the invite
