Multi-location team scheduling helps you manage providers who normally belong to one location but occasionally work elsewhere. This is useful for service businesses where staff rotate between branches, visit another location for a day, or cover recurring shifts at a second location.

Open a team member, go to Working Hours, then choose Other locations.

Primary location vs other locations

Each team member has a Primary Location. Their normal weekly hours are managed under This location.

Other-location scheduling is for availability away from that primary location. The Other locations tab shows non-primary locations and lets you manage:

  • recurring weekly visits at another location
  • one-off visits on specific dates
  • pending changes before saving

Weekly visits

Use weekly visits when a team member regularly works at another location. For example, they may work at the city branch every Tuesday afternoon.

From the other-location card, edit weekly visits for that location. Speako checks against the team member's other schedules so the same person is not booked in two places at overlapping times.

One-off visits

Use one-off visits for individual dates. For example, a staff member may cover one Saturday at another location.

The one-off visit flow lets you choose dates and time slots. Changes are staged first, then saved together from the floating save bar.

Saving and cancelling changes

Other-location changes can include new visits and removals. Speako stages these edits so you can review them before committing. Use Save Changes when ready, or cancel/reset if the pending changes should not apply.

⚠️ Important: A team member can only be available for bookings at another location if their services are also available there. If the service is not configured at that location, customers may not see availability.

Changing the primary location

If a team member has permanently moved, use Details → Primary Location → Change instead of adding many other-location visits. Speako checks for service conflicts and warns if the move leaves services without staff or if the person's services are not available at the new location.

Use other-location scheduling for temporary or shared-location work.
